Name of Pappu Yadav’s close friend surfaced in threat case, stir due to revelations of arrested accused

Accused Rambabu Yadav, arrested in the case of threatening Purnia MP Pappu Yadav, has made many important revelations before the police. The accused said that Rajesh Yadav, close to MP Pappu Yadav, had asked him to threaten him and was also lured for this.

Accused Rambabu Yadav, taking the name of Pappu Yadav’s associate Rajesh Yadav, said that he was the one who had lured and made the threatening video and had talked about making the video viral.

While talking to the media, Purnia SP Karthikeya K Sharma said that accused Rambabu Yadav has made many revelations during the investigation on which research work is going on. The officer said that based on his statement an FIR will be registered and he will be presented before the court.

SP said that accused Rambabu Yadav has accepted the involvement of Rajesh Yadav, close to the MP, in his statement. However, he has not clearly disclosed who this Rajesh Yadav is. The officer said that it is still being investigated so not much can be said.

In the case of threat to the MP, the police is now investigating the call details and scientific evidence. Purnia SP said that no involvement of Lawrence Bishnoi gang has been found in any of the threats received by the MP.

Let us tell you that after SP Karthikeya Sharma’s revelation in this matter of threat, Pappu Yadav got angry at Purnia Police. The arrested person had admitted that he had done this on the instructions of people close to Pappu Yadav so that the MP could get security. After this revelation, Pappu Yadav had now asked the police that why he had handed over 150 audio clips and 200 messages to the police regarding the 26 international calls he had received from Pakistan, Malaysia and Nepal, which were not being disclosed. On this, Purnia SP said that these WhatsApp numbers were definitely registered abroad but calls were made from them while staying in the country and now most of these numbers are closed and investigation is going on.

Pappu Yadav has demanded a CBI investigation

Pappu Yadav had told the police, ‘We want to ask the police what happened to the remaining 24 calls. What happened to the calls from Pakistan and Malaysia? When the police claims that they have two more videos, I want the call details of the accused’s mobile to be brought before the public. Why are both the videos not being made public? Why is the name of the mastermind not being disclosed? After this, Pappu Yadav had demanded a CBI investigation in this matter under the supervision of the High Court.
