Apart from this, 1,99,200 shares worth Rs 1.89 crore will be sold through Offer for Sale (OFS). The face value of the shares to be issued to investors will be Rs 10 per share. The IPO of Emerald Tire Manufacturers will be open for subscription from December 5 to December 9. The company has fixed the price band of its shares for the issue at Rs 90-95 per share. This is a book built issue and its shares will be listed on NSE SME. After the closing of the IPO, its IPO allotment process will start on December 10, while the process of crediting shares in the demat accounts of investors will start on December 11. Apart from this, the company has set December 12 as the probable date for entry of shares in the market.
