What happened in Araria in Bihar is surprising. Here some villagers beat up Rajiv Kumar, ASI of Phulkaha police station. This incident took place late at night when the police reached Laxmipur village to catch a criminal. The villagers attacked the police to free the culprit.
After the incident, the body has been taken to Araria Sadar Hospital to do post mortem. The SP has confirmed the death of the police officer by pushing the criminal over the phone.
However, DGP Vinay Kumar says that people started making a ruckus amid arrest. ASI fell unconscious. There is no mark of injuries on his body. The remaining postmortem will be known.

In such a situation, the police had reached there to siege the same and he was also caught but a crowd of villagers reached there to get rid of that criminal.
