It is alleged that both brothers were raping their younger sister for more than a year. The matter came to light when a brother raped the woman again on 18 September and during this time her fiancé reached her to meet her. The victim told her fiance about the deeds of the brothers. After this, the fiance gave courage to the girl and advised to go to the police station and lodge a complaint.
The woman reached Arwal police station and lodged a written complaint against both her elder brothers. The police immediately registered a case and arrested both the accused. Medical examination of the victim is also being conducted.

It is alleged that both elder brothers were raping her for a long time. The woman said that recently a brother had also made a video of her and the two brothers had threatened to kill her after opening her mouth.

On the basis of Tahrir, the prosecution has been registered under appropriate sections and immediately both the accused have been arrested. Other legal action is being taken.
