Riding on tech-savvy components like QR codes and mobile apps, survey authorities have geared up for the elections to the 70- member Delhi assembly on Saturday, making tight security arrangements across the nationwide capital and keeping an extra vigil in Shaheen Bagh and other sensitive ballot areas.
In view of the continuous anti-CAA protests in Shaheen Bagh, the Delhi CEO Office has actually put all five ballot stations in the area under the “crucial” category, and confidence-building measures are continuously being undertaken to reassure citizens, authorities said.
