However, Moore will be eased back into contact training after going under the knife to repair the shoulder injury that sidelined him for a fortnight in May.
“As it is with AFL, after two weeks off, you’ve just got to get out there again,” he told 7NEWS chief AFL reporter Mitch Cleary in Dubai.
“And yeah, did a little bit of damage playing with it for the rest of the season.
“So just had that cleaned up in the off-season and it’s recovering really well.”

As he prepares for his fourth season as captain, Moore said he is already talking themes with coach Craig McRae while on holiday.
“He spoke to me basically straight off the plane, sounding very energised,” Moore said of McRae.
“And I think it was … it’s mostly about doubling down about what we’re about.
“But 2025 as a body of work shows us that when we do what we do and lock in on ourselves, you know, it is good enough.”
Moore and teammates Isaac Quaynor, Nick and Josh Daicos are in Dubai as part of the club’s commercial trip through Emirates.

“That was really rewarding as captain to see those guys really develop,” he said.
“And by the end of the year, I can start handing a lot of stuff over to them.”
While in Dubai the four players did plenty of sightseeing, including a desert safari, seeing the world’s tallest building the Burj Khalifa, and the 1km zipline across the city.
“That is unbelievable,” Josh Daicos said of the zipline.
