Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Israeli Parliament Knesset on Wednesday. After this address, Prime Minister Modi has been awarded Israel’s highest parliamentary honor ‘Speaker of the Knesset Medal’.
He is the first leader in the world to receive this honour. This medal has been given to him for his personal leadership and taking India-Israel strategic relations to a new height.
This achievement of PM Modi is also special because he has become one of the few global leaders in the world who have been honored with their highest civilian honors by both Israel and Palestine.
