In today’s time, Artificial Intelligence is making people’s lives easier. A unique example of this came to light recently, when a person from Uttar Pradesh found out the ancestral land in his village with the help of AI. This story is becoming increasingly viral on social media and people are calling it a great use of AI. This story is about a person named Zahid Khan. He told on LinkedIn that his family’s land had been in use for several generations. This land was passed on from his great grandfather to his grandfather, then to his father and finally to him. But the problem was that he himself did not know exactly where his land was located in the village. Zahid told that he had visited his village very few times, so he did not know much about the land and roads there.
The land was related to many generations
Zahid’s village is in Mohammadpur area of Uttar Pradesh. There, land records were available online, but it was not easy to find and understand them. Records were scattered across government websites and most of the information was written in difficult official Hindi. In such a situation, finding the right land was a very difficult task for a common man. After this Zahid decided to take the help of AI tool Claude AI. He told that AI first started searching the land records in the name of his late father. The AI itself typed the name in Hindi on the government portal and found all the land records related to the family. After this, AI extracted the Gata number i.e. plot number of each land.
Story went viral on social media
After this, AI started understanding the location of the land with the help of map portal. The AI also identified that the location numbers given on the website were not in the usual latitude and longitude but in a different format. Then he converted that data into the correct map location. The most important thing was that AI converted the information of all 25 plots into one map. Later that map was uploaded to Google My Maps, where Zahid was able to clearly see his ancestral land. With this he understood where his land was spread in the village.

Zahid jokingly said that while completing this task, he had to go from free AI plan to Pro and Max subscription. But at last he got complete information about his land. People liked this story very much on social media. Many users said that this is the most useful and real use of AI. Some people believe that in future, such AI assistants should also be added to government land record websites so that it becomes easier for common people to find their land.
