NEW DELHI: India witnessed a substantial decline of 40%in growth of Covid-19 cases since April 1, compared to a fortnight previously, while the rate of doubling of cases fell from every three days prior to the nationwide lockdown started to 6.2 days currently, the federal government said on Friday.
