KARACHI: Unstable Pakistan batsman Umar Akmal was on Monday banned for 3 years by the PCB for failing to report corrupt techniques ahead of the country’s premier T20 league this year.

The Pakistan Cricket Board(PCB) said the ban was imposed by its Disciplinary Panel chairman Justice (retired) Fazal-e-Miran Chauhan, who held a hearing on Monday.
