London’s High Court has thrown out part of a claim brought by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, versus a tabloid paper for breaching her privacy.
Meghan is taking legal action against publisher Associated Newspapers over short articles its Mail on Sunday paper printed in February in 2015 which included parts of a letter she had actually sent to her dad following her marital relationship to Prince Harry in 2018.
