BRAND-NEW DELHI: The
home ministry
on Friday restored the right of multiple-entry,
lifelong visa facility
to particular classifications of abroad citizens of India (OCI) to facilitate their travel to India. The right was kept in abeyance in view of the prohibition on global flight due to Covid-19 lockdown.
OCI categories that will now be able to take a trip to India include small children born to
Indian nationals
abroad and holding OCI cards; OCI card
