Hana Kimura, an expert Japanese wrestler who appeared in the current series of Netflix’s reality program Balcony House, has died at the age of 22.
Stardom Fumbling, Kimura’s organisation, validated the news and asked fans to be considerate.
The cause of death was not instantly clear.
Shortly before she passed away, she released a series of troubling social media posts implying she had actually been cyber-bullied.
The most current update on her Instagram story on Friday included an image of her with her cat, with a caption that read “goodbye”.
A winner of Fame’s 2019 Combating Spirit Award, Kimura was among the cast members of Japanese reality TELEVISION show Terrace Home, prior to it was suspended due to coronavirus. The program follows three men and three women as they briefly live together in a house.
Her mom was likewise a popular wrestler, Kyoko Kimura.
