Amazon has not revealed the number of its workers have actually evaluated favorable for coronavirus.
Amazon has protected its coronavirus safety policies, as employees in New York prepare to take it to court.
Among their needs is extra time to wash their hands, which Amazon states it informed workers they could have in March.
Derrick Palmer, one of those suing it, said he had been unaware of this modification in policy till this week, when, Amazon says, it sent an e-mail to “clarify” the modification to the Staten Island employees.
