The workplace of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Speaker C.P. Joshi on Wednesday challenged a State High Court order to him to defer the Tenth Set up (anti-defection) procedures versus former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot till July 24 as an ‘disturbance’ by the judiciary into his unique domain.
