Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews says there is “growing concern” over community transmission of coronavirus, as the state records 397 more cases and three deaths.

Mr Andrews stated the three deaths were a man in his 80 s, a female in her 80 s and a female in her 90 s.
He said while 397 brand-new cases was a decrease on the state’s highest-ever everyday tallies of 723 and 627, taped in the previous two days, the boost was still “really significant”.
