Bijnor will come to Bijnor, Belgian Princess Agriisto Masa, will lay the foundation stone of French fry unit

There will be a historic moment on 2 March in Mahmudpur village of Bijnor district, when Belgian Princess Estrid will come here with her 65 -member delegation. She will lay the foundation stone of the second unit of the Belgian company Astrido Potato plant located in Bijnor, where Frozen French fry will be produced.

Many business personalities including Belgian Defense Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Agriculture Minister are likely to be involved in this important event. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is also expected to participate in this program, due to which the administration is busy in preparations. Four helipads have been built in the industry ground and security and organizing arrangements are being made on a large scale.

Belgian Princess Agriisto Masa will reach Bijnor

Agristo Massa Potato plant, which is the world’s first potato powder -making plant, is located in Mahmudpur village of Bijnor. Products made from this plant are exported to many countries like France, England, Germany, Italy, Canada, Malaysia, Argentina, Vietnam, Australia. Since the establishment of this industry in 2019, farmers of the surrounding districts have left sugarcane cultivation and started cultivation of potato.

Will lay the foundation stone of the second unit of Potato plant

The company makes direct agreement with the farmers and provides them seeds, fertilizers and pesticides and pays cash at fixed prices when the crop is ready. Farmers are benefiting from this and potato production has increased rapidly. This journey of Belgian princess will give a new identity to the industrial and agricultural sector of Bijnor.
