Time-bound complaint redressal necessary: Paswan.

The e-commerce websites will have to establish a robust consumer redressal mechanism as part of the guidelines under the Consumer Security Act, 2019, that concern force on Monday, Customer Affairs Minister Ram Vilas Paswan stated.

Customer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, which fall under the Customer Defense Act, will be alerted within next couple of days, Mr. Paswan stated at an interview held via video-conference.
