The victim salesman Rinku, a resident of Patpura in Bulandshahr, has been working at this pipeline filling station for the last two years. At the time of the incident, a young man came there and filled diesel worth Rs 1001. At the time of payment he gave only Rs 1000. When Rinku asked him for the remaining rupee, he started abusing. He introduced himself as the nephew of village head Jhabbar Singh and left after threatening to kill him.

Shortly after giving the threat, the accused youth took with him the village head of Mathurapur Jhabbar Singh, his brother Anuj and some other people and threatened them at the petrol pump. All of them together surrounded the salesman Rinku and started beating him brutally. The salesman suffered serious injuries in this sudden attack, after which all the accused fled from the spot.

CCTV video went viral, police registered FIR

This entire incident was captured in the CCTV cameras installed at the petrol pump, the video of which is becoming increasingly viral on social media. After the video surfaced, the police swung into action and FIR number 0232 was registered at Muradnagar police station under sections 115(2), 352 and 351(3) of the Indian Code of Justice (BNS). ACP Bhaskar Verma said that police teams have been formed to arrest the accused.
