NEW DELHI: Migrant workers, travelers, trainees and other people stranded in various parts of the nation were on Wednesday enabled to move to their respective destinations with certain conditions, offering a big relief to the distressed individuals.
In an order, Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla said buses will be utilized for transport of such groups of stranded individuals and these cars will be sanitised and will have to follow safe social distancing standards in seating.

The Home Ministry order, nevertheless, did not define whether an individual or a family can travel in a private automobile, and if permitted, under what conditions.
