Haryana: Fugitive Himanshu Bhau’s cousin and gang member arrested from Rohtak
The Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested a 29-year-old man from Rohtak, Haryana who is a member of fugitive Himanshu Bhau’s gang. The Special Cell said that the accused Vicky alias Sonu was arrested on Friday who was absconding in three cases since April.

The Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested a 29-year-old man from Rohtak in Haryana who is a member of fugitive Himanshu Bhau’s gang. The Special Cell said that the accused Vicky alias Sonu was arrested on Friday who was absconding in three cases since April. Police said that these cases include two cases of Arms Act in Delhi and another case from Faridabad in Haryana, where he along with his associates had allegedly attempted to attack a police team.
According to the news agency, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Manoj C said that Sonu has been involved in five cases of murder, attempt to murder and Arms Act in Haryana and Delhi. Manoj said that Sonu is an active member of Himanshu Bhau’s gang, who is currently abroad.
Himanshu has fled to Spain
According to sources, Himanshu (21), who fled to Portugal and later Spain, has more than 50 cases of murder, extortion, assault and Arms Act registered against him in Haryana and Delhi. Police departments of Delhi and Haryana and other security agencies are on the lookout for the gangster. The police officer said that a gang war is going on between Himanshu Bhau of Ritoli village of Rohtak in Haryana and his rival Ankit alias Baba.

He said that Himanshu Bhau gang has recently expanded its criminal activities to Delhi. His name is involved in a firing case at a car showroom in Tilak Nagar and a murder case in Rajouri Garden.
Manoj said that on Friday, based on specific intelligence, the Special Cell team came to know about Sonu’s presence in his village Ritoli. The officer said that a team led by Assistant Commissioner of Police Sanjay Dutt and Police Inspector Sandeep Dabas laid a trap and Sonu was caught despite his attempt to escape.
