Mamata pegs cyclone Amphan damage at 1 lakh crore, toll rises to 86

The Chief Minister discussed the concern of return of migrants to the State and stated that the migrants could return after May27 The State government had written to the Railways to suspend the trains till May26 The Chief Minister prompted the migrants to offer an undertaking that they would make their homes their quarantine centres.
