It proved costly for a doctor in a government hospital in Banswara district of Rajasthan to give notice to his nursing staff. After receiving the notice, the angry employee went to the doctor with a gun. Not only this, he closed the room and even threatened the doctor.

Banswara SP Harsh Vardhan said that Dr. Himanshu Nanda, medical in-charge of the government hospital of Paloda, has lodged a report at Loharia police station. According to the report, nursing staff Gulab Katara and Abhishek were missing while on duty. Therefore, he issued a notice of negligence and sought answers from both of them. Both of them got angry due to this.

Threatened the doctor by closing the room

Dr. Himanshu Nanda told that on December 12, he was in the hospital on duty. Meanwhile, nursing staff Gulab Katara and Abhishek applied for a room in Dharamshala. It was accepted. After this, they took the doctor to show the room and there they locked the room and threatened him severely. Also threatened to kill. When the rest of the employees saw that the room was closed, they forcefully got the room opened. The doctor complained about this to the Collector and the Chief Medical Officer.

After the doctor complained to the Collector and the Chief Medical Officer, on the afternoon of 13 December, nursing employee Gulab Katara reached the government hospital with a gun and started searching for Doctor Himanshu. At that time Dr. Himanshu had gone to Banswara. But, this incident was captured in CCTV camera.

Police busy searching for the accused

Regarding the entire incident, SP Harsh Vardhan says that going to the hospital with a gun after a mutual dispute is a dangerous matter. After the matter came to notice, orders for investigation have been given. Several police teams are engaged in search of both the accused.

‘Departmental action will be taken after investigation’

On this matter, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Rahul has said that a committee has been formed, in which Varg is also a member. The matter is very serious. An investigation will be conducted soon and departmental action will be taken against the negligent employees.
