‘Testing, tracing, isolating and quarantine should be our very first concern,’ PM Modi informs CMs through video conference

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, at his 2nd vide oconference with Chief Ministers on Thursday told them that it was “essential to create a typical exit technique to guarantee staggered re-emergence of the population once the lockdown ends.”

Mr. Modi emphasised that the cumulative goal of all should be to “conserve every Indian”. He asked the States to brainstorm and send ideas for the exit strategy.

Mr. Modi listed out specific ‘must do actions’ that need to be taken as the nation went into the second week of an overall lockdown. “Our very first top priority for the next few weeks must be testing, tracing, isolating and quarantine. For this all State to district level efforts should be collaborated,” he explained.
