NEW DELHI: In a strong push to tribal outreach ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will on November 15 launch a Rs 24,000-crore plan focused on holistic advancement of’ especially susceptible tribal groups (PVTG)’ at a program in Jharkhand.
