Beckham family feud thrust back into spotlight by Brooklyn’s wedding DJ

The Beckham family feud has been thrust back into the spotlight after Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding DJ spoke about the rift in a new interview.

DJ Fat Tony, whose real name is Anthony Marnoch, performed at Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz’s wedding and is also a close friend of the Beckham family.

In January, Brooklyn’s explosive Instagram statement revealed he had no plans to repair the relationship with his parents, Victoria and David Beckham.

In an interview with The Times, Marnoch urged the public not to judge those involved in the fallout.

“Before judging, people should remember that two parents have lost their first-born son and a son has lost his parents,” Marnoch told The Times.

The eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham claimed they planted “countless lies” in the media to maintain what he described as a “facade” of the perfect family.

Marnoch was dragged into the drama in January, after his husband Stavros Agapiou supported Brooklyn by posting then deleting the comment, “I was there and she did. He is telling the truth”.

His comments were referring to the rumours Victoria danced “inappropriately” on her son at the wedding.

“And once that story came out — sparked by Stav making a comment on an Instagram post about how Victoria was dancing – I got dozens of interview requests from media all over the world, including a personal call from Piers Morgan, which I turned down.”

Manorch did address the rumours during an appearance on British TV show This Morning earlier this year.

“There was no sl** dropping, there was no PVC cat suits, no Spice Girl action, the word ‘inappropriate’, why I said it was as well, it was the timing, this is what happened,” Manorch said.

“Everyone was expecting it to be Nicola to be the first dance, then Marc Anthony asks ‘the most beautiful woman’ to come to the stage.

“Then he says, ‘Victoria come to the stage’. At that point, suddenly, Brooklyn is devastated.”

Rumours of a feud between Brooklyn and his parents began after he missed David’s 50th birthday celebrations, but their family rift was thrust into the spotlight after his January Instagram post.

Over the past few months, David and Victoria appear to have reached out both privately and publicly in an effort to repair their relationship with Brooklyn.

But he seems to have ignored every attempt at reconciliation.
