YEADON, Pennsylvania (Reuters) – Democratic presidential prospect Joe Biden will highlight his plan to safely reopen a U.S. economy wrecked by the coronavirus pandemic on Wednesday on his third visit this month to the must-win election battleground state of Pennsylvania.
