Britney Spears posted a cryptic message about “mean girls” after her DUI arrest and rehab stint.
“If you’re one of those mean girls pointing and laughing and looking at your phone in the audience just look up today,” the pop star captioned a recent Instagram picture of what appears to be herself as a toddler.
“River sends you guys a message!!!!!!!!” she said, referring to her pseudonym and Instagram alter ego, Xila Maria River Red. As with all of Spears’ posts, the comments were turned off.

The “Gimme More” singer’s post comes after she opened up about “emotional issues” she was battling in a since-deleted post.
“I have a lot of emotional issues that come up in my kitchen,” she wrote in the lengthy text upload. “I have no idea why…I guess that’s usually where we as a family all come together to celebrate, pray and cook.”
Spears, 44, noted that she did “crafts there,” including once creating a stained glass lamp, which gave her “the most peaceful feeling.”
The mom of two said she was devastated when a housekeeper “accidentally” threw her beloved creation away, but wrote that she was “used to people taking [her] things.”

In March, Spears was arrested in Ventura County, California, on suspicion of DUI.
In shocking dashcam footage, the Grammy winner could be seen failing a field sobriety test after claiming she had only had one mimosa earlier that day.
Spears had allegedly taken several prescription medications that day, including Adderall, Lamictal and Prozac, according to a police report.

In April, the “Oops!…I Did It Again” songstress checked herself into rehab. After a little more than two weeks in treatment, Spears exited the facility and a source exclusively told Page Six that she was “doing really well.”
Last month, Spears pleaded guilty to a lesser “wet reckless” charge, avoiding jail time in exchange for probation, fines and a three-month alcohol education program.
Though the “Toxic” singer said she was on a spiritual journey after her plea deal, she reportedly caused a “chaotic” and “kind of sad” scene while dining at a Los Angeles restaurant with two friends on May 13.

However, Spears’ rep told us the incident was “completely blown out of proportion.”
“Britney was enjoying a quiet dinner with her assistant and bodyguard. She was simply telling the story about how her dog was barking at the neighbors,” her rep said in a statement to Page Six last month.
“At no point did she put anyone in danger with a knife. She was cutting her hamburger in half.”
