A New Jersey oral surgeon, whose unclean office caused the death of one patient and sickened more than a dozen others, has been suspended for 5 years, authorities stated.

Dr. John Vecchione on Monday agreed to the license suspension after 15 clients contracted a bacterial heart infection at his Mount Olive workplace, according to Chief law officer Gurbir S. Grewal

The patients developed the infection, known as enterococcal endocarditis, after going through intravenous sedation at his prac
