SEOUL (Reuters) – A South Korean court on Tuesday rejected an arrest warrant ask for Samsung Group beneficiary Jay Y. Lee after district attorneys accused him of accounting fraud and stock control.
Prosecutors last week asked the court to provide an arrest warrant against Lee, capping a probe into a 2015 merger of two Samsung affiliates that
