In a veiled referral to the protests against the Citizenship (Modification) Act in Delhi’s Shaheen Bagh and elsewhere in the capital, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday called them “experiments” based on a “design to dent the nationalistic heritage” of the nation.
