Israel has claimed that Ghulam Raza Sulemani has died in this attack. It is not yet clear whether Larijani has been killed or injured in this attack.
The IDF has claimed that based on accurate information received from military intelligence, the Air Force yesterday carried out a targeted strike in the center of Tehran, killing Ghulam Reza Soleimani, who had been the commander of the Basij unit for the last six years.
