WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Bernie Sanders will aim to take command of the Democratic governmental race when 14 states vote on Tuesday, while top competitor Joe Biden aims to gain ground by muscling aside upstart Michael Bloomberg and consolidating moderate assistance on the nominating project’s most significant day.
