NEW DELHI: The participation of foreign gamers at this year’s Indian Premier League( IPL) came under extreme doubt after the government purchased fresh visa limitations to include the spread of novel coronavirus even as the BCCI chose to embrace a wait-and-watch policy in the meantime.
