NEW DELHI: The government on Sunday evening imposed a partial shutdown in most parts of the country as the death toll from the novel coronavirus reached seven and the number of positive cases touched 415. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked the people to strictly adhere to the lockdown advisories. The Union government has asked the states to initiate legal action against the violators.
