- Ensure no one faces hunger in fight against coronavirus, Sonia Gandhi writes to PM Modi

NEW DELHI: Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi on Monday wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi urging the government to ensure that no one faces hunger in the fight against coronavirus pandemic.
The current crisis has pushed many relatively food secure families into food insecurity and poverty, Sonia said in her letter.

She also asked the government to provide 10kg of grains to each (National Food Security Act) NFSA beneficiaries and also to those who may not have ration cards till September.
