Practically 30 hours after an Inter-Ministerial Central Team(IMCT) landed in Kolkata, the West Bengal federal government facilitated the check out of the members on Tuesday to analyze the COVID-19 circumstance. The team stayed at the BSF head office in the city and was unable to vacate till late in the afternoon.
The arrival of the two teams from Delhi on Monday supposedly without prior information to the State federal government, stimulated off a tussle in between the Centre and the State. While one group landed in the State capital Kolkata, the other remains in Jalpaiguri district in north Bengal.
