Nothing is better (or easier) than this Tacky Zucchini Chicken and Rice Bake … with crispy, crunchy cheddar on top. Used healthy veggies and herbs, this bake is so darn easy, and so darn scrumptious. And the best part? It’s made completely in one pot and in under an hour. Get some chicken, rice, orzo pasta, a lot of herbs, and all that summer zucchini you can discover. Just cook whatever together on the stove. Include velvety Havarti and sharp cheddar cheese, a spray of everything spice. Finish it off under the broiler to melt the cheese and get it crispy and crunchy. Easy, but SO GOOD. The best weeknight family-style supper.

I do not have any kids yet, however I understand my parents are still on the fence about what they’ll be doing for my little sibling, Asher. Her school is heading back for two days each week and my mommy is discussing about sending her. She’s just not exactly sure it’s worth it to be in the class for just 2 days. She might simply elect the online option and utilize the year to travel some … Grand Canyon, National Parks, and so on. which could be more educational anyhow.
Curious what you men are doing … heading back, or is it homeschooling this year?
This is where these back to school dishes come in. They’re easy, served casserole-style (aka family-style), and always so nice to come house to a delicious reassuring meal.
This one is a mix in between extra summery and comfortable home cooking. The best transitional dish for mid-August through early October.
Side note, it’s crazy I just wrote out the words October. I can’t think it
