The railways on Monday said the “sending out States” ought to pay them for transporting migrant employees on Shramik Specials and it was up to them to choose how to money this expense.
” As per the guidelines issued, the sending State will pay the combined fare to Railways. Sending out State may choose to bear this expense or take it from guests or take it from the receiving State after mutual assessment or might charge it to any fund.
